Eurogene, a leader in bovine genetics, is hiring a Lab Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations, lead a skilled team, and import and export of bovine semen.

Lead Laboratory Operations: Oversee daily activities, maintain protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance

Manage Import & Export: Coordinate logistics while meeting national and international standards

Supervise the Team: Inspire, train, and develop a high-performing laboratory team

Ensure Quality & Safety: Implement robust quality control systems and uphold health and safety standards

What You Bring:

Proven experience managing or supervising a team

Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills

Knowledge of quality control systems and regulatory compliance

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
